Automatic shipping is a free service that allows you to receive eligible products on a monthly recurring plan. Your credit card will automatically be charged each month, and the product will be shipped to you for free. Automatic shipping orders are shipped using USPS. Expedited shipping is not offered with automatic shipping orders. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local USPS office.
There is no expiration date for the automatic shipping service. You will be enrolled in the service until you choose to cancel your automated shipments or until Elicit decides to end the program.
By adding a product to automatic shipping you are agreeing to our automatic shipping Policies.
Only registered users and customers that have an account can use the automatic shipping service. Guest customers are not eligible.
This Website is intended only for use by adults aged 21 and older. If you create a Elicitcigs.com account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You further acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal smoking age to purchase or consume any of Elicit’s products or to participate in any of our promotions or other offers on this Website or otherwise.

How to Select Automatic Shipping Products
Eligible products will be on the “Kick It Club” Shop there will be an option to include it as an automatic shipping option when you select to add the product to your Shopping Cart. You will also have options to select the strength and quantity of the product that you would like to have shipped.
You can also add products to automatic shipping by going to My Account and selecting My Subscriptions. Items that are eligible for automatic shipping will be represented under the subscriptions tab. Select your Quantity, and then select the “Upgrade Subscription” option. Continue to the cart to finish paying for the newly subscribed products. Your selections will be added to the automatic shipping service.
Automatic Shipping Scheduling
The day of the week that you select a product for automatic shipping dictates the schedule for that product going forward. For example:
- If you selected to add a product to the Automatic shipping service you will receive your second shipment 30 days after your original purchase date.
- If you decide to add another product for Automatic shipping two shipments every month.
Cancelling or Downgrading Your Kick It Club Membership
You can cancel or select to remove a product you have selected for automatic shipping by going to My Account and selecting My Automatic shipping. Items that are included in your automatic shipping service will be represented under “Current Automatic shipping Items”. Use the “Remove from automatic shipping” option and click the “Save Changes” button.
You can choose to “Remove from subscription” at any time prior to 11:00 pm, MST, the day before the scheduled frequency for your automatic shipping service. The “Next Processing Date” will indicate the day that your item will be processed for shipment. You can also cancel an item selected for automatic shipping by calling Customer Service at (877) 848-0999 FREE.
Changing Your Automatic Shipping Selections
You can change the frequency of delivery and the quantity of the product you have selected for Automatic shipping by going to My Account and selecting My Subscription. Items that are included in your automatic shipping service will be represented under “Current Automatic shipping Items”. Make any changes and click the “Save Changes” button.
Other options provided under My Account, such as changing your Billing or Shipping address, will be automatically associated with your Subscription.
Credit Card Information
AUTOMATIC SHIPPING PRODUCTS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
You can verify the “Next Processing Date” associated to all of your items that you have selected for Automatic shipping by going to My Account and selecting My Subscriptions.
If your credit card cannot be processed (including reasons such as, but not limited to: expired credit card date or change of address) you will be notified via email. You will have 48 hours to resolve the credit card issue before your Automatic shipping items will be cancelled. If you have questions about your credit card you can contact our Customer Service department by calling (877) 848-0999 FREE.
Although we make every effort not to have our inventory and stock levels go into a backorder status, from time to time this happens. Should any item that you have selected for automatic shipping goes into a backorder status we will provide email notification of the inventory change to you. Likewise, if you have two items selected for automatic shipping on the same schedule and frequency, neither item will be shipped until the item that is backordered is back in stock.
